These "wonder boxes" sell for $4,000 a piece. At first, I thought everyone in the comments section would be calling this man out for this being a hoax. Turns out, there's a huge crowd of believers.

I've learned that the pre-sell page (along with other factors) almost entirely determines what your conversion rate will look like when doing CPA with PPC advertising. However, when switching niches I have a hard time being creative and designing new pre-sells.
I would often just copy other advertisers' fake doctor oz articles, but sometimes I can't find something that works well. How do you guys come up with pre-sells that convert well?
I was checking out a page on Google.ca ranking for some highly competitive local terms. What is ridiculous though, is that this page is sitting on #2 for a 5,400/month search with a CPC of $20(!) and they are totally keyword stuffing the page to death… As you scroll down the page, you see the main keyword and other versions of it placed over 1,000 times, one line after the other like blog comments. I can PM you this site if you'd like to examine it further.
