Basically, I am a content writer and I also own a couple of ecommerce site. I have owned these sites for few years (Dropshipping) Never formed any company…No employees.
I am planning to get a GST. (does anyone know the charges)
Now, regarding company formation, what would be the best option. I don't own a shop so I don't have a gumasta license. So, what are my options regarding company formation. And, is it a necessity and can I form some company (legally) for the sake of tax benefits…
