This has been a common problem in a while… newbies boosting their post count in the introduction section. It's for me personally pretty annoying, so can there be done something to solve this?
Users like @andy.webmaster are posting the same reply over and over again.

- Auto Reply to a certain user’s tweets. Hello everyone! So I've been trying for a few weeks to find out a way to automatically reply to someone as soon as they tweet.
