Twitter Deleted everyone I am following and I can't follow anyone

I have a little over 10,000 followers on an account, and was following a small fraction, so I started following more people. Perhaps Twitter felt I was following people too aggressively, because about four days ago, they deleted everyone I was following. All my followers are still following me, but when I click on Follow, then refresh the page, it indicates that I'm not following that account. So my Follow number is 0.

Similarities in coin price movement I've seen this quite often on GDAX and it has been happening again recently. 6 hour charts on GDAX for all four coins. 7 day charts are also nearly in perfect alignment right now. Cyan line indicates big sell off of coins at nearly exact same time. If you look closely, you can see BTC movement is just slightly ahead of the other graphs by a minute or two, giving a possible indication of what's about to happen with the other coins.
